Hi,
I own a LG 29 inch TV. For the past two days the TV is not working, when switched on, a line in the center of the screen appears.
I had called the customer care yesterday (20th June) in the morning to file a complaint, the person at the customer care center told me that I would get a call from service center within 2 hours and the it would be taken care from there on. I had waited for the call till evening and called the customer care back to find out about the delay, another person at the customer care told me that someone from the service center will call within 24 hours for the problem and also apologized for the wrong information given by his colleague.
Till now I have not received any call from LG service center. Today in the afternoon I called the customer care again in the afternoon, was told that someone would call soon but in vain, after a long wait I called them back again in the evening to find out and the representative gives me the number of the service center (040-40033769). I called the service center and nobody responded.
I own a lot of home appliances of LG, their after sales service seem to be very bad.
