Purchased two Onida split AC on 02.052011 from ezone at Gurgaon. Onida engineers came to instal at my residence at Malviya Nagar on 04.05.2011. then we found that one packing had copper wire and drain pipe missing. we called up ezone, they said we cannot do anything please contact onida office. it was 7pm already and 1 AC was installed. So the onida engineer said, u purchase the kit right now and then onida will help to get the refund. but till date no refund nothing.
Is this all a part of the game? The vital parts are purposely taken out and sold seperately and customer has to pay the extra cost.
It is not matter of the amount we had to pay extra but these dealers make so much of money by fooling poor customers.
