Sir,

I purchased one handset LG P500 and after a month there was some problem in booting, so I handed to Lg Service Center in Shillong in Barik... but till now my handset has not been fixed and now they are telling me that it will take another 10 days as they are going to change the pcb circuit because they ll have to order it.

My intention to write is that why the LG Company does not provide spare parts to the center whereas they have to ordered it.

Every now and then I am told by evening the work will be done but when I reached they will give another excuse like there was network problem, sometimes light was not there and blah, blah, blah... and now pcb circuit problem and another 10-15 days of being patience... what a hard thing to fall in the hand of LG.
