Poor after sale services and no resolution of complaints

I purchased 5 ac's in the year out of which one is continuously giving me trouble since the very first month. The cooling is not at all satisfactory. Every year I had to incur sum amount for its repair, even then it went all in vain. Keeping that in mind, last year, I took a 2 yr AMC for this ac., & your people assured that this time there wont be any problem, but the problems persisted. When called for servicing the engineers came & suggested repairs costing over Rs.3000/-. As I was assured that I wont be required to pay any further amount over & above the AMC, so I called up at your care center. I have already registered a number of complaints, & till date i have more than 25 complaints references, & none of them have been resolved, The latest complaint nos. are: 1.)RNA110701058933 2.)RNA110706063046 3.)RNA110707013394 4.)RNA110712081605 5.)RNA110714086874

Since Lg really value its customers, I hoped that my problem would be taken to the appropriate level & would be sorted out, but it has been 4 months since my first complaint was registered, and till date I have not been responded to. Along with the earliest resolution to my problem I also expect an extension of my AMC for the effected period. Herewith attached:-
