Received disgusting service from LG. I logged a complain for our LG microwave to the customer care. The request id is RNA110821049602. An extremely incompetent person named Aditya Panja was sent to our home twice. The guy initially noted down the model number of the microwave and suggested some part needs to be replaced. After a few days he came back with some wrong parts and mentioned that he noted down the model number incorrectly in the first time and took down the model number again. After that he never informed us about the status. I called up the customer care and I was told that they will take action asap and will let us know within 24 hours. They never called us since then. I am really disgusted with the kind of service from such a reputed company. Now, the only way out for me is to dump the microwave and buy a new one, obviously from some another company.
