Hi,
I have been contacting LG since 15th March. Complaint no is RNA 120315015126 but nobody is bothered to get my refrigerator repaired even after repeated calls to these people. Their technician came on 16th and gave us a no of another technician who we were supposed to call for gas refilling. Is this our job?
Then we kept calling this guy and this guy gave another no who said that he would reach our home at around 6:30 pm on 17th. When we called him again at around 6 PM he said that he wont be coming and we should talk to his supervisor. Are we supposed to this only? Then i talked to the call center supervisor Mr Mukesh who took these guys online and these guys gave non sense excuses and even after my repeated request to arrange an engineer yesterday they didnt send anybody. Their branch head Pooja didnt even picked the call.
Yesterday only i got a call from some engg who told me that the engg would reach at my home today morning but till now i havent received any call and still waiting for the refrigerator to get repaired.
I dont know how much time will they take.
Life`s not good with LG. Its hell!!!
