Services are not Prope

I have given the complaint on around 10/Apr my window AC is not cooling properly, after that they have taken that AC to workshop return back after 3 days. At that time i am not running my AC since the weather is ok, but after 1 month I started my AC and again it was not cooling properly, Engineer came and told me compress is not working again my AC went to workshop and yesterday it came. But again it was not cooling and even now the temperature setting is not working properly. Please help me on this ASAP.
