AC NOT WORKING PROPERLY NEW ONE

Dear sir/mam,

Actually i purchased my LG SPLIT AC on 17/05. After that your free service was not attended on time. We then called your customer care and then they came and justt attended for name sake. Then for past three to two to three months AC is not working properly and giving cooling properly. We have complained about this to your customer service above 3 to 7 times. Then one day the technician visited and just told that stabilizer problem you should change the stabilizer to double booster then it will work perfectly that was on last week of April. I also insisted the technician that any problem is with the AC if so tell. then i also insisted whether any problem with AC. He replied AC is working perfect and want to change the stabilizer (double booster) then it ill be OK. Then i purchased the double booster Stabilizer on 06/05 at that time AC was under warranty. Then also AC is not working properly. I then again gave a complaint to your customer care three times. Recently on 01st may then 3rd may. But no response from your side then today I again called your customer care and the executive gave a electronics dealer named EBR enterprises and asked me to contact them tomorrow. That not my duty to call your electronics dealer. That’s your customer care’s job to send the technician if the we register any complaints. As per ytechnician’s suggestion I purchased the double booster Stabilizer on 06/05 that time my AC was in warranty. On 18th of May my warranty has been closed. So why your technician have suggested us to change the stabilizer even then my AC is not working properly. Then it seems deliberately you have been making us the warranty gets closed and servicing without warranty. Your company is one of the well known brand in the market so only we purchased Your product. And on the same day I purchased another company (bluestar) AC which is running perfectly. But your customer service is worst and not upto the customer satisfaction. You justt be in position and see how worst is. Just one year over before the warranty period itself your product not working properly. What is the solution for this. Kindly reply me in this regard. I’m very much unsatisfied with your service and product. I want to get this problem solved as soon as possible.
