LG, Comfort Shopee, MP Nagar BHOPAl.AC-model No LSA5ES5Z, 1.5 t
Not commissioned till date as not working, some pert found damaged by commissioning person of LG. no body is paying attention since 20-22 days

We have purchased ac AC Model LSA5ES5Z, 1.5 t from Comfort Shopee BHOPAL vied Bill no14933 on 12.3.12. the AC was installed and the LG man said that the commissioning engineer will come. next commissioning person came but fail to commission the set. he said that some part is burnt/failed in side.

since that day no person has come to attend. we meet all person, Zonal manager. service centre etc. they are assuring to replace complete unit but not doing practically.

please arrange either of one:-

1:- replace complete unit.

2:-replace defective part.

3:- refund our money.

please do this at the earliest.

in case we do not get your response we will have no other option except to go for consumer forum.

please take up the matter seriously.
