I bought a LG Split A/c Model LSA3KR2A on 07.08.2011 from Das Electronics, N.S. Road, Contai, Purba Medinipur, Ph. 03220-257776 through their Bill No. 552 and it was promised to give me 12 months warranty by LG Electronics. The ac was found defective and reported to LG Service Center on 12.02.2012 through complaint No. RNA120227028319. Engineer visit my place and declared to replace Compressor within a short period. But after several reminder and phone contact they practically replace the AC compressor on last week of May i.e. three months later. After replacement of two days the AC found to have same problem and was reported to LG Service Center through Complaint No. RNA120604004871. Engineer again come and declare to replace the Compressor again. After that I am calling to LG Customer Care and LG Authrised Service Center and Our Sale Dealer to solve my ac problem. Everytime they are just avoiding me showing many excuses falling me a deep mental harrasment. LG Sale Dealer is saying regarding warrantee company will take care. I don''t have any responsibility. LG Service Center is saying we don''t have enough staff to attend you shortly i.e. after 21 days of waiting and commanding me to wait for idefinite time. LG Customer care is saying that our senior will contact you within 24 hours. But noone is contacting me. In this way I am mentally harrassed to seek your help in the matter.
