Lg cookie mobile kp 500
Not getting proper service

My lg kp500 mobile is automatically switch off and given two times to lg mobile service centre for repairing but it is not repair and also third time given for repairing but still i am not receive any answer from service centre.

and my mobile is in under warranty period.
