Dear Sirs,
I am Mukesh Khandelwal, resident of Ajmer; my freezer door was broken in May since then I am following up local service providers for the same. After initial resistances, they took advance and after 15 days they gave me a door which fits to 165 ltr freeze where as my freeze is 200 ltrs.
After returning the same, they say take this or else we can not provide you the one which fits in your freeze?..Is this a professional answer... this is rediculous, isn't it? Whenever a company sales any product; assures customer to provide spare parts 15-20 years after the product is obsoleted from market.
I mailed the same to their customer service cell, received no reply.
