I HAD MADE A COMPLAINT REGARDING NOT WORKING OF LCD TV WHICH WAS PURCHASED ON 10TH MAY. THE TV HAS NO SOUND WHILE WE CONNECT THE SAME WITH HDMI CABLE AND WHILE THE SERVICE ENGR COME THERE IS NO LIGHT AND I REQUEST TO WAIT BUT REFUSE AND SAY I WILL COME ON SUNDAY. NOW I RECEIVED ONE MESSAGE FROM LG THAT MY SERVICE REEQUEST NO.1061401960 IS CLOSED (REASON CUSTOMER WILL CALL AGAIN) IF NEED.
WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY NEED WHILE THERE IS COMPLAINT THAT NO SOUND IS THERE WHILE WE CONNECT THE CABLE.
