In reference to the Complain No. (10B1912651/ 10B2306509/ 10B2322111) has been attended by Mr. Vipin Kumar as on 28Nov
As per the Investigation done it has been foud that Picture Tube needs to be replaced.
But as the TV Parts are not available it will take One week more for the replacement.
On this regard I request kindly do replace the TV set at the earliest.
TV been Purchased as on 29/06. Looking for kind Cooperation at your end.
