I have purchased a orion mobile phone from chennai and the model number is 903 during april. iwas told by the dealer and also in the book supplied along with the hand set it was mentioned that the service will be done by accel service and the service centre is available in thiruvananthapuram also. but when i approached with the above complaint, the service agents refuced and stated that at present the service contract with orion is not existing. kindly tell who is the authorised service centre in thiruvananthapuram.
