LCD TELEVISION REPLAIR

I have made a complaint on my LG Television which has a Power supply problem, on the 12th Sept. They said a Part needs to be replaced and will be done within 3 days.

Complaint No. - RNA110912008284.

The part is a common part which all technitians say goes Bad on the LG TV model 32LB9RA.

The LG Technitians nor their bosses have been able to give me a date and time by when they can fix this problem up as they say they dont have the part.

Today It is the 25th of september They havent reverted back and Whenever I call them they keep saying it will take 3 days more.

Should we still buy LG TVs when they cannot service their existing customer. How are they going to compensate for mistakes made to the consumer.

What would the damages bill that they would get if they were in the USA.

These Multinational Companies treat Indians like a pice of SHIT!!
