Egarding AMC

I made an AMC with LG wef 29-sep-10 vide invoice no: ARSSACHECE110/14732 DT 29-SEP. Today i called the LG electronics regional office for more than 20 times but no one taken the phone. How can i lodge a complaint. No phone numbers are found in the invoice copy.
