Dear Sir,

I have bought a 42 inches LCD of LG in Jan for Rs 76000 and it has all of a sudden stopped working. When contacted the LG people, they refuse to do anything as they say that the product has become Obsolete and I was advised by the LG dealer Ms. Maximo LG service to sell the 42 LCD to them for Rs 15000.

Please help me to get my LCD repaired or Replaced as i was promised 65000 hours of back up by the LCD and also 15 years of functioning.
