Ref Complaint Id: C10A2417880 DATE 24.10.10, Micro wave oven. Under warranty.

I register complaint on the above said date. They came and visited after ten days and said there is a problem in the board. I made several reminder and Email to the Id serviceindia @lge.com. I got a reply from the customer head saying you complaint has been forwarded to the branch. Now Iam help less. I don't know what to do. Pl.help and guide me.
