I have placed an order no 5765497 for 21 piece magic bullet mixer. the product was received in a bad packaged condition. one of the glass tumbler was broken. while using the power base, a burnt smell is coming. when i used the cross blade, the white rubber was broken in the first use only and the entire contents are spilling out. Kindly replace or refund my amount.
