DEAR SIR/MAM,
LG is a third class company. Its service is very very poor. I really frustated for LG products. Jab aap
Service nahi de sakte to product kyo sale karthe ho. Life bad ho jati hai LG (LIFE'GOOD) product purchase karne par.
I have purchased a washing machine 4-5 years ago.now a days machine is not working properly.
I logged a complaint for this machine one months ago. Their service engineer visited my home. When
they knew that this machine is under AMC they went $ told us they will come later.
It has been more than one month $ complaint still pending. I have also spoken to
Mrs. POOJA MATHUR, Mr. SACHINE $ they assured me that tomorrow service engineer will resolve
the problem, but tomarrow has not come $ problem is still pending.
No action is taken on my call logged.
Look into the matter as early as possible.
