I purchased a refrigerator in OCT' 09 but its door has been problematic from the first day.
I logged a complaint for my refrigerator door on 9th Jul complaint nbr - C1070912648. Your service engineer visited my home and ruined the condition of the door with his plier and asvised that other engineers will visit with new door. They visited but with an incorrect door and later advised me that they will come later.
It has been more than one month and complaints still pending. Me calling up LG cust. care are regular intervals and every time I receive a recorded message from cust. care executive that they are re-forwarding my complaint to service center.
Regarding this, I have also spoken to Ms. Shobha Panday (CCO) on 16th July Friday and she assured me that on monday, service engineer will resolve the problem but that too seems a false assurance.
You are requested to look into the matter asap or advise me whether you can help me out in this or not (So, that I can take necessary steps accordingly)
Really a poor and worst service.
