I had also lodged complaints thrice & have found service group's attitude as lousy towards the complaints. Spares availability has been a serious concern.
My washing machine would have been thrown away 4 years back if I had depended on them for a simple spring which had got damaged during transportation.
Now again one spring has got damaged, I had lodged the online complaint & they have already closed it saying that SPARES ARE NOT AVAIALBLE for old Models which has been closed, So buy a New one.
You have rightly said, they should be taken to consumer court.
