Hi there, I had purchased a new LG GD 510 cookie pep model on march with an extended warranty from Big Bazaar, VIP, kolkata. In the last 1 year usage, the touch screen has become defective more than 4 times and got it repaired, but every time, it goes back to the same defect. This is becoming a serious issue now, because without the touch screen working properly, the cell phone is totally useless and not usable. Please help.
