RESPECTED SIR G,
I went to LG AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER (ELCOM TRADING CO.PVT.LTD) regarding the hanging problem of my mobile phone, the service center person told me that i have to pay the charge becuase the PCB board is bend (tedha ho gaya hai), and they ask me to pay Rs. 1730/-.
sir g my mobile phone is under the warranty period of the company then also they ask me to pay the amount and my mobile is first time repaired in this service center only on 28/05 and after this repairing only my mobile started to hang for 1-2 minutes but now it increase by 30 minutes and some times more also and sir g this problem happens 3 times in aday sometime.
sir please pay your kind attention towards my matter and get me rid of this problem, with great hope iam writing my complaint to you sir g please take some favourable action as soon as possible.
