Delivery of defected system

I bought a home theatre system on 30-DEC from the below mentioned dealer-

From the very next day, i.e. 1-Jan, it suddenly stopped to give the output and no sound is coming from that day onwards. Then i complained to the concerned customer care service about the problem on 2-Jan. After that their engineer visited my place and said that it's a manufacturing defect and promised to replace it as soon as possible. Its been 15 days now, no one has contacted us. When we contact to customer care service, they always promise us to get it replaced within 2-3 days and gives the contact no. of the service centre in my region which on contacted also make false promises. I have contacted them many times but hasn't got any response yet.
