I have purchased 24 Inch Onida LCD TV from Metro in Aug. From the Day one i am facing the problem with this TV. First was with TV switch that was Replaced after calling the customer service for about 50 Times. Now the TV is not taking any of the Input signal. For this i have raised Ticket on 4th november but so far no action. I have to call them another 49 times to reolve the issue. Both Onida product and Support are very bad. Better not to purchase any Onida product in future.
