Replacement for faulty drum

Dear Sir,

We have bought LG Front loading Direct DRIVE Washing m/c (model no: F1256NDP) 6Kkgs on 15th May.

Since then whenever we use the machine, there is water leakage from the front drum, this problem was identified by LG service person during his visit. He asked us to register a complaint over phone and were allotted compaint no. C 1072904149 on 29th July for replacement of the faulty drum.

Since then we have been following up with LG service dept. and SONYMONY (Dealer) but there is no response.

We request you to look into the matter by taking this issue with LG.
