I had lodged a service request on Sunday 1st May for my 1.5 ton window AC [Product code is LWA5ERID] installed on the toll free number of LG India. My request no is: RNA - 110501054136. I was promised that somebody from the customer support / service would get in touch with us within 24 hrs. However, i am very sorry to say that 3 days have gone and no one has turned up or tried to contact us on phone. I had also requested that the school timings are from 8:30 A.M to 2:00 P.M and the service engineer should visit between these working hours only.
Sir, scorching summer has dawned and we are not able to use our window ac due to its servicing. LG customer care should take immediate steps and the service engineers would contact us immly.needless to mention that this is our first experience with LG Ac's, we have samsung and voltas products and they have an impeccable service record. Your service in comparison has been tardy and poor in comparison.
LG India provides worst service in consumer electronics industry. The customer care call centre nos. are like endless wait. I tried each and every option to contact LG India. Even after complaint has been registered no one has done anything.
I tried calling your Jammu customer care centre but was able to get through to one operator after 19 calls and he also promised today that some engineer would get in touch with us immly. It seems his definition of 'immly' means, 'after endless time duration'.
Pls look into the matter.
