Dear Sir/ Madam
With much regret and dismay i choose to complaint regarding the poor service quality of LG service, which is topped by casual unprofessional behavior which does not speak high about a company as reputed as yours. i have been loyal to the LG brand for many years, with most of the appliances being from LG. i have been using LG a/c for past more than 10 years. i have availed the offer for 2 years annual maintenance contract last year. Now when my a/c developed a snag, the attitude of LG service center guys has changed, my complaints are falling on deaf years. i have complaints 5 days back, an engg came only to tell me that some other guy will do the necessary repairs and after that, have made repeated calls and requests for the same, the only reply i get is one of a very rude nature and complete disregard to the concerns of the customer. i didnt expect while paying for the AMC that in the times when i would need to avail the services, i would experience such things from a company like LG.
Please fill the holes to maintain the reputation of the company as soon as possible.
