KM335 LG Mobile Phone bought in January at Kolkata.
The phone worked for 10 months then the keyboard went unresponsive. LG service promised to repair it within Warranty in 2 days but still not received it even though 12 days passed from Promised date.
Service centre said please phone "tomorrow" for the 6th time... going on for last 6 days.
Should I take LG to Consumer court???
