I HAVE PURCHASED A 32 INCHES LCD FROM PUSHPA AGENCIES, NANPURA, SURAT ON 16-08.I HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS LCD FOR THE DISPLAY PROBLEMS WHEN MY PRODUCT IS UNDER THE WARRANTY PERIOD i.e IN JUNE WITH L.G CUSTOMER CARE TOLL FREE NO.18001809999.WITH THIS COMPLAINT, A TECHNICIAN OF YOURS NAMED FALICS VISITED AND CHECK THE L.C.D FOR THE PROBLEM.HE TOLD ME THAT THE MOTHERBOARD IS TO BE CHANGED.AND AFTER 6 DAYS HE CHANGED THE MOTHERBOARD.AFTER ANOTHER 10 DAYS IT HAS REPORTED THE SAME PROBLEM.I HAVE AGAIN REGISTERED THE SAME PROBLEM WITH L.G CUSTOMER CARE.AGAIN THE SAME PERSON VISIT TO SEE THE PRODUCT AND THIS TIME HE TOLD TO CHANGE THE DISPLAY PANEL.AND HE CHANGED IT IN A FORTNIGHT.MEANWHILE MY PRODUCT EXPIRES ITS WARRANTY.BUT THE PROBLEM IS STILL UNSOLVED AFTER CHANGING THE PANEL.AND AFTER THAT TIME WHEN I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE FOR RESOLUTION.I HAVE ANSWERED THAT YOUR PRODUCT IS NOT IN THE WARRANTY PERIOD AND THE NECESSARY FEE WILL BE CHARGED FOR VISITING TO SEE THE PROBLEM.SO I AM FORCED TO MAIL YOU THIS COMPLAINT.LET ME KNOW THAT PROBLEM WHICH IS BEFORE THE WARRANTY PERIOD IS NOT RECTIFIED BY UR TECHNICIANS IS HOW CAN I CHARGED FOR THAT.AND HOW IS UR TECHNICIAN NOT CHANGING THE RIGHT PART INSTEAD OF CHANGING OTHER PARTS.SO PLEASE GO THROUGH THE WHOLE MATTER AND SOLVE MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.MY CONTACT DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS
