Hi,

I registered a complain in LG customer care on 21st Nov by complain No C10B2103338. Apart of this, I am in continuous touch with their customer care, LG rep Ms. Vaishali (9811354152) and Mrs Goyal (9873339756). However, still struggling to get the response from them about parts availability.

This is big disappointment with LG Brand, moreover their response towards customer query is also very pathetic. Their employee are not keen to take a call or give a call back to customer.
