I am a customer of a LG LED TV. which is two months old. The TV was working fine for first one month but after that we started seeing a vertical line mid of the TV screen with one half brighter than the other half. We called the LG customer care and the response was bad. The engineer came checked the TV and said a cable was damaged and said he will replace the same in a days time. but its two days since we heard from their end i have raised the complient but no response, reuqest advise
