LG lcd tv
LCD been dead for a month

My LCD TV has been dead!!! For last 30 days, I have been continuously following up with LG. But there has not been any response. There is a small part which needs to be changed. But there has been no response from there end.

The toll free number goes to a call center, where they are only interested in verifying my address. Then they promise that someone from the service center shall revert within 24 hours. But I m yet to get a call.

Please avoid buying LG products.
