I have purchased the following TV on 11.03.2011. After two month dated 01.05.2011 I received a message that "Dear customer your EMI of Rs.1399/-for loan #4100cd00137083 is due on 05/05 & manage my account sufficient one day prior".
Again I received same message on 01/06.
Till date there is no deduction of EMI from my account.
Pls. confirm what is the issue?
until or unless if you impose or charges any penalty then the matter will be raised to the competitive authority.
