Dear Team,
We have purchased a LG LED TV 26 inches on 5 November we were committed that it will install on Monday so we were agree on that. It was suppose to be delivered on 6 November after so many calls a female employee gave us wrong commitment, she said that we sent it from our store and it will be deliver at before 5 p.m but when we called again at 5 p.m other employee said its not delivered yet. After so many request we got that at 8 p.m on same day, we were so eager for that because that was Sunday and we both are working and its so difficult to take leave just because of that .we got call from service center that we will wall mount that on Monday i took leave for that but the concern person didn't come when we called him he said we will come tomorrow when he came on Tuesday (8 november) he said that tv stand which is required for wall mount is not fit because they sent wrong stand, our tv is 26 inches and they sent it for 32 inches .again i took leave just for that but the worst thing when we called them and inform them that you have sent wrong stand and when will we get correct one so they said we ll send it tomorrow .how worst service we are getting customer believe on the name of RELIANCE but the service is very poor. It was better that we purchased that from a normal store atleast they ll not make us suffer.the worst thing is they are not sorry for that we are waisting our time just for tv installation and they are not bother.
we don't want to complain it but they force us to do this.kindly take strong action against it they are not taking his job seriously. Please inform us the status of our complain.
