Hi,
This step I am taking after sheer disappointment on service provided by LG.I have registered my complaint for replacement or fixing my broken door of LG Microwave MS-1947C on 17th October. Its already a month, the LG dealers in Kolkata, are just procastinating things. We are not able to use the microwave for about a month.
The LG Authorised dealers are not picking up complaints and are threatening not to call them again and again. Is this is what customer deserves while buying LG's products?
