THE RECEIPTINIST IN CUSTOMER CARE OF LG ASKED TO PAY RS 84.00 FOR REPAIR WITHIN 10 MIN. WHEN I PRODUCED THE BILL AND ASK THAT IT IS UNDER WARANTY, SHE ASKED ME TO COLLECT IT AFTER ONE WEEK.
SIR, PL LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND INSTRUCT YOUR CUSTOMER OFFICE TO DAEL THE CUSTOMERS PROPERLY, OTHERWISE IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO SUSTAIN IN THIS COMPETIVE MARKET. I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO MENTION THAT I AM A PERMANENT USER OF LG PRODUCTS LIKE AC, FRIDGE, MOBILE AND OTHER PRODUCTS.
