I send the mail to LG service and no response from them. Below is the mail thread and details of the complaint and problem.

Hi,
Am Gopala krishnan V.
I bought LG GW620 Mobile phone on 30th April. Till this date I am facing a lot of problems in that phone.
1. Mobile phone software crashed and hang.
2. Rebooted without any reason.
3. Call drop.
4. Backtrace appeared without any user operating on the phone.
5. Till up-to-date, changed the LCD display.
6. Changed the Touch panel.
7. Software updated 2 times.
I really fed up and went 4 times to the service center for the mobile to get repaired.
Now the problem is that the SD card is not reading and I went to the service center and they opt for changing the PCB. No stock currently and need to wait till it arrives.
I don't think so, there is something important left in the mobile phone to get change thereafter,
I have used this phone for approximately 6 months and faced a lot of problems.
I would to mention here, that I have spend Rs. 16, 117 to buy this phone and not satisfied for opting this LG BRAND.
I kindly request the LG to REPLACE MY MOBILE / MONEY BACK, if LG really felt for CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

I would like to say MY GREAT APPLAUSE for the SERVICE ENGINEERS at Jawaharlal Nehru road, Vadapalani, and Near Ega Threatre branch Chennai branch. They are DOING THE BEST at the service.
