Very poor Service: not received DTH Connection

Hi,

I Padeep Kumar from Delhi and I had purchased a Moniter LG 23" Flatron LCD M237WA on 3rd Oct'09 from LG's one of the dealers, Challanger Computer Limited, Nehru Place. With this I got a free Airtel DTH connection with six months subscription.

I claimed for the same on 9th Oct'09 with DD number 525692, claim form number 319270 and sent it to Spectramind Marketing Pvt Ltd. I received a confirmation message as well from Spectramind. However, I haven't got the service from them.

I called the LG customer care several times but I haven't received any positive response yet. Please let me know what should be done, or anyone can help me to resolve this issue.
