This is to inform you that I had registered a complaint on 21-10-10 for the repairing of the switch panel of my LG microwave which i had purchased in december last year. My complaint no. is C-10A2124859.But, to my disappointment, there has been no action on the complaint till date. I have already given several reminders to the customer care dated
18-11-10,
23-11-10,
26-11-10,
27-11-10,
30-11-10
03-12-10.
but there has been a consistent answer from them that you will recieve a call-back within 24 hrs which has not been there ever. During my latest conversation to customer care of LG, i was given a request Id i.e RNA101214019909 dated 14-12-10. The warranty period of my product is about to end i.e on 27-12-10. So, i urge you to take the necessary action in this regard before that. As a consumer, I am highly disappointed with this irresponsible behavior of Lg services and If there is no response from LG services soon enough, I will be forced to take legal assistence against it.
