Our AC was purchased on 30/05/09.Intial problem started after 2nd free servicing in the month of April, 10 for which we complained to the dealer "SATYAM, Ultadanga, Kolkata" as well as to the customer care situated at Gurgaon, India. The problem was: automatically shutdown of the Internal Unit but the respective AC's Outdoor unit would remain on. The defect was attended by LG mechanics but couldn't be rectified, and repeated complaints were given to SATYAM the dealer and LG customer care and the complaint ID's are:-

Due to the negligency of the company the defect could not be rectified till now, and as the product's warranty period was expired on 30/05/10, the company decined to take any responsibility to repair the said product.
