Did not get any incoming&outgoing

I used LG optimus me p350 mobile... it have problem in past one week... i didnt get any incoming&outgoing..sms/mms/calls..but i use GPRS smoothly... whenever i change sim card ..the same problem will arise..any one know how to solve this... pls... its urjent...
