Dear Sir,
A LG Plasma TV installed at my home on first week of Feb' which was bought from home town Noida on 26th Jan'2010.Last week 11 June my TV was not being started and it showed a black screen. This problem was coming since the TV installed at home but it started back automatically so we ignored it by consider it some wire loose issue etc. but last week when it didn't start at all, I called up LG call center. There service Engineer visited to house and told the inverter P.C.B not working and no-roster. We have to take the TV at service center because problem can't resolve here as it could be possible of inside modular is defected.
It looks me a defected TV has provided me by Home town Noida of which I have paid amount of as new TV. I have requested to LG and Home town both to replace my TV with new one, and I don't want defected TV after repaired.
I need you help to force LG and Home town to justify with me and give me new TV. I have also bought samsung freeze from Home town, but they were ready to refund amount of refrigertor when issue came, why they are not ready to refund my amount TV if issue is coming in that device also.
