Very poor quality product

I will purchase new plasma tv from lg own brand store but my tv has problem after two hours my tv automatic off then on it can be going many and sevral times but the enginieer of company says it is an the problem of my product its the problem of electric supply i will suggest all cus tomers of tv categries please dont buy by lg tv product my contact no is 9451063022 i will purchase my product on 13th of june and i will complaint for my product many times from all levels but i get no relief from any level
