I HAD COMPLAINED IN CUSTOMER CARE FOR NOT WORKING BACK LIGHT PANEL, THOUGH I HAD DONE AMC FOR RS1500/- AND PAID TO LJ WOKER AND HAVE THE COPY OF IT. THERE REPRESENTATIVE CAME AND TOLD THAT THEY WILL CHANGE THE PART IN 15 DAYS AND AFTER THAT 4 MNTHS HAVE PASSED AND THEY R NOT BOTHERD TO CHANGE OR LOOK INTO IT, EVERTIME THEY SAY, ABHE PART NAHI AYA, EVEN U CAN NOTE COMPLAINT NUMBER (40300205). WE DONT EXPECT SUCH THING FROM LG. I HAD VERY BAD EXPERIENCED WITH LG. AND WILL SOON BE SUBMITTING THE APPLICATION IN CUSTOMER CARE. OR I WANT POSITVE RESPONSE.
