I bought a philips home theatre from reliance digital shipra mall on 15 th nov

and on installation a t my home it was found to be defective. since past 15 days i am being told it would be replaced by one mr sanjeev . i have called 50 times but all they say please wait we will call u in two days since then. i am fed up by such people .i think this can happen only in india. i advice people to be cautious while buying from a private company like reliance who talk of being such giants. god save us.
