My double door refrigerater purchased in the year 2002 was continously giving problem in cooling.
I had paid Rs 2000 in the year 2004 for its repair & also on the advice of Service Center Engineer got its AMC for upto June.
The refrigerater is not giving Cooling so lodged a comlaint on Call Center on 12/06 No C 1061205014. The Engineer visited & took it to the service center saying that the Gas has to be filled. I had reminded several times to both Call Center & Service Center, still after 9 days the complaint has not been attended, on my enquiry today, I was informed that the gas has to be filled & whenever it will be rectified, it will be informed.
LG is such a reputed company, which is famous for its products and resolving the customers problems immediately, why the service Center of Bareilly is not giving the proper treatmrnt to my complaint, in such a hot days. My family is facing great inconvience for this.
If is not attended with in 2 days I shall lodge a complaint in Consumer Forum & give the matter to the Press.
