Refrigerator is not working but no body is responding from the local customer care

I had purchased a LG refrigerator model no GL-245TMG4 Type frost free from silchar, Assam. But within one year the main chamber is not cooling. I purchased the same depending on the reputation of the brand. More over for the last three month the lower (main) chamber is not cooling, I am repeatedly communicating the customer service at Silchar, Assam. They are telling that they will send the person concern but ultimately nobody even thinks it necessary even to see the problem.

This is my first Experience of such irresponsible service with LG Customer Care Silchar.
